I received an empty envelope for my money! The padded envelope was never sealed. The paper backing over the sticky part was still intact. The Post Office put it in a plastic bag marked "mailed empty".

When I contacted Daily Steals about it, I asked them if they would like photos of the envelop and bag. They said yes, so I sent them the photos. Never heard from them again, despite numerous inquires.

"Daily Steals" is a good name for this company!

1) When you order from them, they confirm your payment but do not confirm shipment.
2) Having ordered something on the 16th, I am still waiting to have confirmation that they have even shipped it, let alone explain to my wife her Xmas gift might make it in time for next years holiday season.
3) Having sent them 7 emails since the 20th, I have yet to even receive a response.

Daily Steals is an un-reputable seller.

I notified dodtracker.com admin of my problem, since Daily Steals is listed on their site. Ben from Daily Steals called me and worked on correcting the problem. They did send me merchandise, but it was the wrong item. I'm still waiting for a reply.

Evidently, whomever mans the returns@dailysteals.com is not the person to try to communicate with.

Ben at sales@dailysteals.com was very gracious. Try contacting him.

Thank you for the heads up. I was looking at the mouse they were offering today. Guess I will stay away from them for now.

I totally trust these guys as everything I ever bought from them was brand new as promised.

Daily steals has some really good deals.

You prob had an issue during the crazy holiday rush. You cant really judge a website's performance during the crazy holiday rush. Most businesses will have some problems especially in this economy when DEALS are what people want.

Im sure if you email them your problem they will fix it. and yes sales is prob a better email address then returns. Sales tends to be better then CS in general.

I called Quantes and I cant ever get through to CS but sales BOOM like a lightning rod. Same with sprint etc.

Good luck and happy new year to everyone ;)

I purchased a Bluetooth headset from Dailysteals. The item was described as “New”, but they sent me a broken, used one. I returned the headset back to them, but they did not issue a refund to me. As I paid by Paypal, I though I could get my money back easy through Paypal's Bayer Protections services. I was wrong! Paypal replied that Bayers protection “..does not cover quality …” , the item was shipped to me that’s it – no refund, even though I got junk instead of a new headset.

Now I’m filling complains against dailysteals (they have no physical address by the way) and Paypal through Better Business Bureau, my bank, and police fraud investigations unit…

Need headache? Buy from Dailysteals!

Daily Steals refunded my money and sent me the order again, but it was the wrong merchandise. When I contacted them, they replied they had issued a refund, and had sent the items for free. It didn't matter that it was the wrong items. Oh well.

I ordered and received a TV, broken and with missing parts. I emailed sales@dailysteals.com with the problem, and upon proof of returning it to their shipper, a new item was shipped to me. The replacement item works perfectly. I found the emails during the process to be timely and courteous. When I discovered the original broken item, I was very concerned due to some negative online reviews. I was immensely relieved to find my experience to be exactly how it should be when there is a problem. I did initiate a claim with Paypal, and that did seem to get the dailysteals.com's attention. I don't know if it made a difference in the overall outcome, but I am very pleased with how they handled my situation.

I order a couple items from them like a wireless mouse, all in one charger and yes I'm ashamed to admit a pedicure kit..Didn't have problems with any of them and they all came in good time.

I had ordered Blackberry bluetooth HS-655+wireless headset kit.
Got it today.
The box was damaged and opened. Needless to say it was not new at all as advertised on their website.
There was no reciept inside.
Thank god it works.
But they had taped the box and over the UPC code as well. Now when I removed the tape it took off part of UPC code as well. Now I am not sure if I will get $20 MIR! Without rebate it is no more a steal. Rather they stole from me!

Take a look at their blog..http://dailysteals.blogspot.com/...it seems they are somewhat aware of their CS problems and are addressing it.

Dear Fellow Thieves,
At Daily Steals, we strive to keep you happy, no matter what it takes. Hence, we give you incredible prices on incredible products. If you need a little more, you can also stop by our office and we’ll give you a great big hug (…but we’re actually better with the “incredible prices” part).

Anyway, we’re not here to waste you time but to proudly announce that we’ve completely revolutionized our Customer Service department. It turns out that our 13 year old cousin Timmy didn’t do such a great job after all. But that’s what you get when you pay your customer relation director with candies.

Last week, Master Thief joined an anger management course and now he is tied to the computer and is now exclusively sending out cheerful emails letting you know how your order is doing. Hey, just cause we're in Brooklyn doesn't mean we can't be nice guys.

Here is our agenda once you close a deal at daily steals:

1. Of course you’ll feel guilty because you just paid 9 bucks for an MP3 player.

2. We shoot you (relax!) an email with payment confirmation so you’ll have proof to show your friends that the MP3 Player did actually cost nine dollars.

3. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation so you know your steal is on the way.

4. If something goes wrong, you are very welcome to shoot us back (an email!) to sales@dailysteals.com and we’ll see how we can make you happy again (a hug?)

Remember, Daily Steals is committed to customer satisfaction and blahh blahh yada yada happy happy joy joy - just buy something already and let us take care of the rest!

Sincerely,

Daily Steals.

Never sent the 'free' Valentine's pin.

I received my pin not more than 2 weeks after ordering it.
