Hey guys, i'm interested in finally purchasing a nice printer to print professional pictures with...My girlfriend actually needs one now since she's graduating with a photography degree and cant use the printer in school anymore...They use an expensive Epson in school for their professional prints, but i've had bad luck with an epson printer in the past and some reviews i've read complained mainly about the ink usage and clogging, etc...i would prefer a canon but can't decide for sure if the pro9000 is a great printer to use or need something more expensive...i guess i'm asking for anyone's personal experience with the printer...
B&H is doing a rebate right now on the printer with a 40d purchase which essentially makes the printer $100 after rebate but i want to make sure it's worth it...don't think we'll ever print bigger than 13 x 19 right now, and she's mainly printing on matter paper instead of glossy...the pro9500 is an option too, but is it really justifiable to spend an extra $400 on that printer over the 9000? thanks in advance for any advice..
