Since 321 studios no longer exist, I'm looking to BUY. a legal copy of a dvd copy software. Something like DVDXCOPY, which is out of date now.I need this to legally back up my personal DVD movie collection. I need one with good copy protection removal software. I'm trying to find the best software out there. I need to buy it. I'm not looking for any "free off the internet" ideas or downloads. Please answer my poll.

dvd next copy works but you can't fast forward the copied movie. I just did the free trial but didn't purchase it.

Try DVDFAB, you can use it free for 30 days, but if you were going to BUY a piece of software, this one i would consider worth it. http://dvdfab.net/

DVDFab does well with protection removal and very easy to use. I haven't tried encoding with it but I'm sure it's on par with any of the other 1-click apps.

FYI, there is no such thing as a legal copy of a movie or any other piece of software here in North America. It's illegal to break any proteciton scheme, plain and simple. Anyway, I'm not shaking my finger at you - just pointing out that the 'legal backup' thing is a fictional legal defense thought up by net pirates. ;)
