NSCEP coloring books - some of these have been listed in the past, but a long time ago. Just enter the above numbers/letter into the open block - then click on Search - another panel will popup - add it to your shopping cart - you can only order 5 items at one time, but after you ordered what you want, you can always go back and order 5 more items. As long as you stay at 5 items per order. If you want to order additional quantities of one item, in the order space after you added everything into your shopping cart and click on Order Publications, another box will drop down to type in your info for mailing. Look where it states SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS - Just type how many extra copies you would like and PLEASE tell them why you want them. I have never had any type of problems when requesting additional copies and always received the extra copies when requested. Where the blocks say Optional - I always type my email address just in case they need to contact me on any type of questions. The rest of the Optional blocks I keep BLANK. You will receive the material pretty fast, but will be delivered by your mail carrier regular mail. EVERYTHING IS FREE. Now after you send off your order of 5 items, go back into your order page and DELETE YOUR SHOPPING CART. This way, if you decide to order more different material, you will not be ordering the same 5 again. Just remember when starting your order you need to start at SEARCH. It's prolly cuz I have 2 linkies in the first thread. I leave them there because well - I just got in the habit of udpating the post #6 since that had all the info. Also, every time you do your own search on the EPA site , the link you generate is unique so it will not register as identical to the repost checker.

Don't worry about it. I'm just glad more people see the offers cuz the activity books are very nice. Only thing is - it's best to keep all the offers in one thread cuz the ordering process changes from time to time.

They only let you order 5 total copies of anything at a time, so just keep going back and order what you need. My local Homeschool Co-Op keeps at least one clean copy of each so they can xerox them off. Even so, kids seem to prefer having the real thing in their hands. I don't blame them - who likes getting copier ink on your elbows when coloring?? Not me!!;)


I've also discovered that the EPA search feature is kinda hit & miss. If you search on the phrase "Activity book" some of them come up and some of them don't. Same thing goes for magents, book covers, coloring books, posters etc. I've gotten used to the quirks of their search function and every now and then I take another stab at it with a different phrase or word, slog thru the results and turn up some new goodies you can order hard copies of.

That ones must be gone baby gone. With the publications, they stay listed when the hard copies are gone cuz they have PDF files folks can look at or scanned copies. With the magnets & bookcovers, when they gone, they go poof!

Thanks for letting me know. I searched every which way I know how and it ain't coming up so it must be gone. You used to be able to type in the word "Celebrate" or the number and that particular magnet would pop up.

I just came across a brand new activity book from the EPA I hadn't seen before and it's tied in with Horton hears a Who:

I've been going thru and updating post#7 that has the master list and noting which actiivty books have gone out print. it may take me a few days to check each one though.

Found this one...thought it might be useful for any teachers or anyone who would like to pass it on to a teacher. I plan on using it myself at home, also.

They have run out of many of the booklets but the Cockroach booklet is still available and it's pretty darn funny. It's actually a puzzle and activity book for kids. You can also get a copy in spanish. I sent some of these activityt books to a friend of mine who was recovering from an organ transplant while he was laid up and he had quite a laugh from them.
