Office Max has 2TB Seagate Freeagent Xtreme USB/Firewire External Hard Drive for $180 with free shipping. Next lowest on Google Products from a store which has the item available for shipping is $246 shipped. Thanks Selma

Using coupon code: UPROMISE makes it $165.

Tax kills it. Any coupon codes?

eBay is flooded with coupons....30 off 150 will make this 150+tax. You can also use discover card's 5% off cashback link to get $7.50 back. You could also try bing.com cashback but I think it doesn't work if you use a coupon so YMMV on that. It's got eSATA connection which is a big plus!! Edit: Looks like there's additional 2% cashback at discover card. Goto My Rewards and there's a link for Double Cashback during holiday season. Not sure if OfficeMax purchase would qualify but it looks like it does.

Anyone know of any places that would price match this and allow additional coupons?

Awesome (rep +4)! Used a $30 coupon and my ink recycle checks to order one over the phone. It came up as $329.99, but they adjusted the price per their web page. The final cost to me is ~$20 (cost of ink) ![]()

If only it was not FireWire 400 (1394a). I'd buy if it was FW 800

This will replace my 1TB WD external (USB only). I'll probably make two partitions and use NTFS with Windows (via eSATA) and the rest with my Macs (via Firewire 400). WD comes with a 1 year warranty vs. the 5 year on this drive ![]()

I forget if it's Staples or Office Max that lets you stack coupons if your purchase is still over the price required - 120 for a 2tb drive would be amazing.

Do you mean stacking 2 $30 off coupons? I dont think they'll let you do either at Staples or OM. Staples lets you combine rewards with coupons -so does OM-, but using two $$$ off coupons will not work.

I'm thinking back and it is Office Max, but it's also a YMMV - I've done it in brick and mortar before, never tried online...

Anyone have a $30 off of $150 for a buck or two? I really want to jump on this right now and I already paid for one on eBay but the seller hasn't shipped yet. |
