The $31.85 price appears to be shipped to the US (today's currency conversion rates). This is significantly the best price I've seen on this set -- $36 - 38USD is about the best I've seen previously.

US Shipping total is $32, this is ridiculously good deal, beating out the $36 i've been holding out on for so long. Also got a bit of a chuckle when I added it to my "shopping basket" and told it what address to "dispatch" it to.
